आलसी बावर्ची is back with a b… oiled egg!
Here’s a quickie for breakfast, dinner, snack… whatever! Takes under 10 minutes to whip up.
1 or 2 boiled eggs (half of hard boiled as per your preference)
1 small onion
3 cloves of garlic
7-10 small/medium button mushrooms
1 medium sized tomato
Handfull of spinach
1.5 tsp olive oil
Salt, pepper, seasoning to taste
Put the eggs to boil (Youtube/Google if you don’t know how to do this) for 6-7 minutes (half-boiled) and 10-12 minutes (hard-boiled).
Heat the olive oil on a non-stick pan. Once it heats up, add the garlic cloves (finely chopped) and saute until golden-brown. Add the (finely) chopped onions and saute until golden-brown. Add the (finely) chopped tomato and spinach and stir until cooked (all water should be absorbed + you’ll know by the smell). Sprinkle salt, pepper and seasoning.
Slice the boiled eggs into half and serve with the above mixture. Can be accompanied with regular toast or garlic bread.
